Olsson's Red Gum Smoked Salt Bag - 500g
The Olsson's Red Gum Smoked Sea Salt is made in collaboration with Pialligo Estate Smokehouse in Canberra, it is cold smoked on red gum for 72 hours. Available in this large resealable bag for those who can’t get enough of the smoked salt flavour.
Smoked Salt serving suggestions:
add to soft butter & serve on BBQ corn on the cob or with bread
sprinkle a little onto a fresh tomato salad or over vegetables before grilling
lightly brush roasting vegetables (potatoes, turnips, parsnips, etc.) with olive oil, sprinkle with Red Gum Smoked Salt and roast as normal
sprinkle with popcorn & onto BBQ steaks after cooking to bring out the smokey flavour
use Olsson’s Red Gum Smoked Sea Salt instead of regular salt when making salted fudge or salted caramel
